I’ve just installed a WordPress plugin that supposedly crossposts to Livejournal. Hopefully it will work without screwing with the formatting too much. I guess we’ll see. I know that ladycalliope set up an RSS feed in Livejournal that “subscribes” to my blog, but I’m not sure how many people see that. Also, it always seems to do its own thing with the formatting. Which doesn’t surprise me, RSS is really simple after all. Anyway, Hopefully it will work even with my funny floaty image.

Speaking of my funny floaty image, Heather and I went back to Austin on Sunday to watch the Hellcats and the Putas del Fuego engage in some hot, steamy girl-on-girl action! The Putas came out on top (there’s got to be a joke there, somewhere), winning by a landslide. I was supposed to be cheering for the Hellcats, since someone decided that we can’t both cheer for the same team. Deep down I was a Puta-lover, though. I just realized that this post is a lot funnier if you know what “puta” means in English (”del fuego” just means “of fire”, for those who don’t already know). The bout got off to a late start, thanks to a pair of power failures at the Austin Convention Center, but everything got going eventually. Just like last Sunday, it was a lot of fun, and maybe now Heather and I will start watching the local San Antonio roller derby.
